Shipping Charges for Parts:

$12.95 Flat rate shipping* (FEDEX Ground)

* Some items may require special shipping and handling arrangements due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice. We currently only ship within the Continental US.

Returns

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that return shipping is at customer's expense. All returns require prior authorization from Jacto. To obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please click here to fill out the return request. Items returned without authorization from Jacto cannot be accepted. Please include the original invoice or copy of your order confirmation with your return. Once your return is received and inspected by Jacto (which may take 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS THAT ARE:

- Opened or used

- Missing their serial number or UPC

- Special orders (returned at our discretion)

- Returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Returned without notification

Order Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel an order, please click here to contact us at prior to shipment. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Since we strive to ship orders quickly, you may have to request a return authorization for the orders already shipped. If order has shipped and is cancelled, refused, or cannot be delivered, customer is liable for all return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.
